Volunteering
Jefferson
Fire Company is always accepting new volunteers. Plenty of help is needed
in areas other than fire fighting. We are glad to take volunteers for all
aspects of service. Whether you want to be on the front lines fighting a fire,
help to control traffic and conduct crowd control as fire police, or perform
administrative duties (fundraising, budgeting, web site maintenance, etc.),
we've got a need for you. More people on our active roster means that we can
better serve the community.
Join today and
help us help your neighbors!
If you cannot
or do not want to join, you can help financially. The fire company is always
taking donations. We have an annual fund raiser in which all township residents
and businesses receive a fundraiser donation form in the mail. Please donate
what you can when you receive this form. We do accept donations all year long,
not just during the yearly fund drive. Since we are a volunteer company, we
rely mainly on donations to fund the purchase of new equipment.
If you have
any questions about volunteering or donating, stop by the station on any Wednesday
night (our regular training night). Find someone and ask them for information.
If they cannot help you, they will find someone who can. Our training starts
at 7pm on Wednesdays. If you cannot stop at the station, feel free to give
us a call on the business line. You can also send an email to the station.

Support your
local volunteer fire company today! You never know when you'll need our help!
