This area is a primarily residential area of the township although, some commercial development exists along Egypt Rd. and Main St. Some of the larger properties in this area include the Montgomery County Youth Center, Genuardi's Shopping Center, the Westover Country Club, and the numerous large apartment and condo complexes bordering the golf course (Westover Crossing, Westover Club, Westover Harbor, Greens at Westover). The fire station is located at 85 School Lane, just south of Egypt Rd.
