This area is mainly residential. High density housing exists in the Centre Ave. condos, the Northridge Estates condos, and the Westover Village apartment complex. All of these complexes are located off Forest Ave on the eastern edge of the township. Light commercial develpoment exists on Main Street, as does the Westgate Arms apartment complex. Marshall Street Elementary is located just down the street from the township building. The Jefferson Apartments are located adjacent to the township building.
