This area consists of a portion of the Valley Forge NHP Betzwood Picnic Area, a portion of U.S. 422, the former Betzwood Industrial Park (BIP), and other residential and commerical structures. The old BIP site is undergoing major redevelopment and will eventually be home to commercial and residential properties.
